Kara has tremendous relationship skills that greatly enhance the education and experience that she brings to our team. She has been in and around the real estate industry for the last 13 years. Her array of experience includes real estate administration on an executive level, property management, mortgage experience with a compliance background, and she is a licensed real estate professional as well. Additionally, we feel Kara’s greatest assets are her high energy, her can-do attitude, and her passion for real estate as well as her compassion for the people she serves (our clients) on a day to day basis. 

Education: Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing; Graduate of Holloway’s Real Estate Institute

 RACHEL GARANT

Rachel has recently joined “The Tierney Team” and is assisting us in a number of roles, mostly those related to our marketing and client care activities. She is working directly with our Executive Assistant (Kara Grossman) to help us enhance our systems for an even better client experience as we continue to grow and improve our services.  We are excited to welcome Rachel to our Team!

Already in her young career, Rachel has some fairly extensive customer service experience in retail which we know will transfer well into our service industry, as her desire for excellence and compassion for those she works with are evident in her everyday activities. She truly believes that every person is unique and has their own story to tell…and we embrace that belief right along with her!

Rachel comes to us from the friendly community of Fenton, MI where she graduated with honors from Fenton High School and excelled in all her endeavors, from being an Advisory Board member at the local Genesee Mall to serving as the current President of her local chapter of DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America). She also in her spare time managed to earn Varsity Letters in both Track & Field as well as Cheerleading.

Education:Graduate (with honors) of Fenton High School. Currently attending Michigan State University and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Hobbies:Traveling, bargain hunting, photography, board games and watching movies!
